Food & Drink
Cuba Libre, Daiquirí and Mojito: many refreshing cocktail variations - most of them containing rum as a major ingredient - have been bar classics for a long time in Cuba. In addition to the Cuban bars, the local cuisine has quite a lot to offer – at least in the larger hotels. Most dishes are Creole-style – a cuisine combining Native American, Spanish and African cooking secrets. Chicken and pork is served with pumpkin, fried banana and malanga. Also seafood lovers will dine very well in Cuba.
