The Museum für Abgüsse Klassischer Bildwerke presents casts of great statues of Greek and Roman antiquity, primarily in the two atria of the building. In the northern atrium you can see an adorable bathing Aphrodite as well as Cupid and Psyche kissing. Honorary statues of philosophers and poets as well as a "drunken Bacchus" by Michelangelo are also exhibited here. In the southern atrium you find classical goddesses and late classical statues of deities as well as depictions of young men, athletes... more
