Pearl Harbor
Pearl Harbor is a harbor and United States Navy base in Hawaii. It became famous through the kamikaze-attack by Japanese fighter jets against the US-Pacific fleet on December 7th 1941. This event, during which 2,400 Americans were killed, triggered the involvement of the United States in World War II.
