Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve
Since 1967, Hanauma Bay has been a marine reserve that provides a wonderful opportunity for snorkeling or diving. The bay’s coral reef is home to countless colorful tropical fish. Their identification is aided by so-called “Fish ID Cards”, laminated cards with pictures of the fish species, available in the Marine Education Center.
