Atarazana 9 (Bachata Rosa)

This club in the old town was named after a song by the famous bachata-singer Juan Luis Guerra, who is one of the owners. The merengue and bachata music, which is played here, attracts many locals. The walls are decked with artwork by promising Dominican artists. Merely the food is rather mediocre.
