inzumi GmbH is a start-up company founded with private capital and pursuing ambitious goals. The company’s website, inzumi.com, is a content-oriented internet portal providing high-quality travel information, whose quality is ensured by inzumi’s own editorial staff and renowned content partners and complemented by comments and tips of community members. At the moment, inzumi offers valuable information about the best sights, restaurants, shopping, accommodation and entertainment possibilities in more than 200 popular destinations throughout the world. Each destination features at least 100 points of interest (POIs), and their number increases continuously.

inzumi’s core application is an easy-to-use “travel-guide configurator”, which allows users to build their own customized travel guide on the basis of the information available, save it in their profile on inzumi.com, print it out for free or order a high-quality printed version of it. A mobile application has recently been launched.

inzumi can therefore be seen as an interface between conventional travel guidebooks and the new possibilities of the internet, allowing customers to individualize their travel guide with the help of web 2.0 community elements and thus offering travelers a highly valuable alternative to traditional standard guidebooks.
